Supply Chain Expert, and Pan-African Advisor helping leaders and institutions across Africa build with structure, scale, and clarity.
Decisions that scale. Minds that think long. Teams that know what matters. I work with leaders who are tired of spinning. Leaders who want to build something that will last beyond them.
Leadership Strategist • Systems Thinker • Pan-African Advisor
Over the past decade, I’ve led teams, advised businesses, and consulted for institutions across West and East Africa, helping them scale through growth, confusion, and operational deadlock.
In that time, I’ve seen something deeply frustrating:
We don’t lack talent.
We don’t lack drive.
But we keep trying to build empires on improvisation.
Across the continent, brilliant founders, bold ideas, and smart teams struggle to sustain momentum not because they lack the passion, but because they lack systems.
And so, naturally, by year five, many African ventures stall or quietly fade out.
That’s where I come in. I work with leaders who are tired of spinning, leaders who want to build what lasts, leaders who want to think long, scale smart.
My journey hasn’t been linear. I’ve experienced loss, disruption, and hard pivots. From losing my father at a young age, to navigating a derailed academic dream, to leading in uncertain terrain across the continent.
These weren’t just personal trials. They were classrooms, sharpening how I think, lead, and serve.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats:
Project Lead & Supply Chain Strategist for growth-stage companies
Procurement and Operations Advisor, building internal systems from the ground up
Mentor & Coach, guiding professionals through purpose, structure, and strategic clarity
Speaker & Writer, creating thought leadership across business, leadership, and Pan-African growth
Founder & Consultant, shaping institutions through frameworks, discipline, and intentional design
But titles don’t define me.
What defines me is the belief that leadership begins with vision, is sustained by systems, and is guided by values.
Because I believe Africa doesn’t need more aid, it needs leaders who know how to build what works.
Leaders who don’t just chase scale, but build depth.
Leaders who don’t just motivate people-they create systems that make it easier to move with clarity.
I’m here to challenge the way we think about success.
To help leaders stop relying on hustle… and start building with precision.
To show that structure is not the enemy of creativity, it’s what gives it life.
Behind the strategy sessions and leadership talks, I’m someone who values presence with my family, with my thoughts, and with the moments that matter.
I’m the kind of person who still remembers the off-key giggles of my kids trying to surprise me with a song. I believe love shows up in quiet, unrehearsed ways and that leadership begins at home.
When I’m not consulting or building systems, you’ll probably find me:
